• 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 (16 oz.) package extra firm tofu
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, julienned
• 2 bell peppers, julienned
Directions
• 00:15 . . . To make the sauce, pour Bragg’s Liquid Aminos into bowl

• 00:26 . . . add maple syrup
• 00:30 . . . add nutritional yeast

• 00:55 . . . cook tofu on all sides until brown
